Excellent Experience
I had a very good experience searching for a property with Tomek Cole. He was the perfect balance between professional and friendly upon our first meeting, and he showed myself and my partner a very high quality selection of flats in a short space of time. He had listened to our requirements, and therefore was able to offer us a bespoke service. During the first viewing, we found the perfect flat. Tomek was very transparent and helpful when we wanted to make an offer on a property; he was available to speak to us both and ensured all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable before signing anything. He kept in touch regularly, keeping us up to date on the progress of our offer. Based on this experience, I would certainly use Thorgills again, but more importantly would be very happy to deal with Tomek again. Thank you Tomek, for all your help and for helping us find such a wonderful flat! We are very happy :) Jodie & Simeon

They understood very easily my request and applied to the list of flats for viewing
The agent (Andre Ribeiro) understood the requirements I had for that flat I was looking for and only required 2 viewings to find the desired flat/house.

Rachel Flynn
Rachel has been nothing short of world class in terms of managing the re letting of my flat. The last tenant left it in a terrible state, i was very upset as 9 months earlier the flat was in pristine condition. Together Rachel has managed to get the flat re decorated to a high standard, arranged delivery of new furniture needed as the last tenant stole and broke fixtures and furniture and always answers mails promptly and has kept me informed during the entire process. I let a number of properties and Rachel is truly the best person I've dealt with in over 12 years of letting.

Superb agent and a credit to the industry.
Tomek was extremely helpful and showed us a good range of properties in a very tight timescale. He listened to our needs and budget and was helpful and knowledgeable with the process. Tomek went over and above by advising us on the area and was prompt and courteous with any additional questions and queries. Thanks Tomek - couldn't have done it without you.

Fantastic Service
Very friendly and helpful. They really go into all your needs, make everything sound interesting but not too pushy and tell you the negatives aswell if they think the property is not for you. Can only recommend to everyone. Well done and thanks to the whole team, especially Leon and Tomek.

Good people
Chantelle is a good customer service agent and is very prompt with responding to our queries and any issues we might have. Since the time we have been with her, she has worked well by responding promptly to queries and arranging visit inn a timely way. Would totally recommend to anyone.
