Me and my wife are happy to have found Thorgills to help us find a flat which we had imagined to stay on rent and also in our budget. Adriana was really helpful in the whole process from referencing to keeping us updated and making prompt changes ,especially with a short deadline .She made sure that we get the keys to our home on time.Keep it up Adriana. Good service

The service from Chantelle has been good, and professional throughout. She has dealt well with some difficult tenants. Initially, there was a disconnect between the Ealing lettings branch and the Brentford management team- ie information that I'd originally provided to Ealing was not passed on to the management side and as the management team have never visited the flat they weren't aware of the property specifics e.g. which the allocated parking space was. Probably also worth noting that, when I instructed the Ealing meetings team, I wasn't actually told that they wouldn't also be managing it.

Letting / managing agents who are always very willing to help

I have been pleased with the service I have received from Thorgills over the last year, and have always received prompt, helpful responses from Chantelle and other members of the Brentford office. If there was an area for Thorgills to focus on, it would be around the tracking of their contractor's work and timely billing for additional works, which have once or twice become a little confused. But what is clear is that when issues do arise, Thorgills will always do their best to get it resolved!

Must improve communication

Leon has been professional, friendly and kind during our search for a property to rent and would recommend him. We were in a position where could be rejected for referencing but ready to make a decision in favour of one of the properties he presented. One of the reasons that stopped us was the promise for a call within the same day with further information and possible solutions to our problem, which unfortunately arrived three days later. We suggest him to improve this area and are sure that will get a well deserved five stars.

Letting

I've been letting my flat over two years through Thorgills and in general I am happy with their service. When I have been treated unfairly by one of the Letting Managers I've submitted a complaint to the head office and got the issue sorted promptly. The property managers I've been assigned were quite young and to my opinion didn't have much experience but they are always professional and willing/motivated to help you with your queries.
