Looking for your new space with all aspects that make you feel like home can be really difficult. When dealing with estate agents, many only care about your budget, instead of listening to what you're looking for in a home. After being let down by several letting agencies who promised "spacious, stunning, new, etc", but in reality they were different, we were lucky to receive a call from Tomek. He's very positive, and with him, everything was easy, and more importantly, he showed us properties that suited our criteria, helping us to find our new home. Tomek closed the deal very quickly after we made our offer and was always available to answer my questions. Thorgills is simply speaking the best. I have been working with other agents, potentially more 'famous' on the High Street, where agent turnover was so frequent that I ended up changing point of contact multiple times within the same year, or not knowing anymore who I should spek to. Thorgills feels like a family or a business partner, always welcoming you and your questions, and being very approachable. On the top of that, fees are maintained at a competitive level, making it a good balance between cost and quality.

Once Chantelle took over it was easy to organise all the necessary paperwork and get the new tenants moved in. There was slight confusion about duplicated forms but I think that was due to different departments getting involved. Thanks for your help Chantelle!
