James was so helpful in our house search. After our rental fell through he found us two more houses to look at that were both perfect for our requirements - we felt that he really listened to what we wanted, rather than just showing us the first thing that came on the market. From that point onwards, we dealt with Lizzie who has also provided a faultless service, answering our queries well outside of working hours and providing a personal and very friendly service. Overall Tristrams made what could have been a really stressful move over Christmas and New Year very easy and I would definitely recommend.

When my husband and I urgently needed a new place to live, Alex was quick to help us. We went for a viewing and could pick up the keys within one week - the best service we've had from a lettings agency so far. Everyone was friendly, understanding and professional.
