Lizzie was so helpful and replied to every email, phone call I made straight away explained in a way I understood as I'm not computer literate . Lizzie knew I wanted to move quick and she did everything she could to make that happen . Even now I can just ring her about any queries or worries I have and she will guide me through. Tristams offer by far the best service in Nottingham from my experience. Efficient, friendly, communicative and super helpful. I'd spent about a month contacting estate agents and attending veiwings in the Nottingham area. Tristams Lettings have been by far the most professional, organized and friendly estate agents I've dealt with and they've been so helpful as I start renting for the first time. I was so glad the property I really liked was with Tristams. When I wanted to go ahead with one of their properties, Lauren (from Tristams) got the ball rolling quickly and fairly- not taking money until the property could definitely be ours. There were no hidden costs and Lauren was always easy to contact. In the space of two weeks, I have seen the flat on Rightmove, viewed, shown interest, applied, secured and moved in. It's been such positive experience. Tristams really do want to just help find you the right place and make the process as convenient and easy as possible. I couldn't recommend Tristams more, they've been brilliant and have made what was quite a daunting experience so much easier.

At last, an agent that does what it says its going to do.....and then some...James and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. As a landlord I used to manage my own property as previous agents were far from adequate. Tristrams have gone way beyond any service I have previously had. What I like every time we have contact is that they care, they are bothered, they are professional and most of all their communication is amazing. Owning rental property can be a bit of a pain, not anymore for me. I would recommend Tristrams (and have) to anyone I know.
