Fantastic customer service. My wife and I needed to find a 6-month let quickly (in a week). We tried many of the high street agents and I have to say James, Lizzie and the team at Tristrams were excellent throughout. We cannot fault the service, whether its finding a suitable rented property, quick resolution of issues whilst you are renting or the process of leaving when its time to move-on. Trouble-free and highly recommended.

I have just come to the end of my tenancy with Tristram's, and reflecting on my time with them, I really do think it could not have been any better. Their service is excellent, their staff are all really friendly, every time I have had a problem they have been quick to communicate and resolve. I first met Dale their sales agent when i was looking to buy a property to rent and I thought he was professional and informed which is frankly more than you can say for your typical agent. I didnt end up buying through them but he told me about their letting service which to be honest sounded a bit too good to be true. Anyway when I finally found a property to let I gave it to Tristrams to manage for me. I was not to be dissatisfied! Although it is early days it is kind of hard to think why anyone would use any one else. They are without a doubt far cheaper and so you might expect sub par service but that is not the case. The whole team have been brilliant especially Lizzie and the boss James. The house went on the market within a day of asking them and they found a decent tenant almost the next day! Fast, helpful and courteous and professional - really what more could you want? Oh and their maintenance man Sam? did a good job at a fair price. Happy to recommend to one and all.

What more can I say about Tristam's Lettings apart from they are simply fantastic! Definitely the best letting agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You are not just another tenant to them like so many other agents out there. They genuinely care about you and the property you are in. Nothing is ever too much and they get back to you super speedy as well. James, Lizzie and the team are the greatest and if I was to ever need to rent again or even let a property I know exactly where I would be going without a doubt.
