Great service! The application process was fast and easy. Their online form submission service makes everything less stressful when you have other commitments such as work etc when trying to find a property.

I have been a tenant for 5 years now,so I just had to say something...my daughters and I love the 3 bedrooms property and Fraser is been the best landlord especially compared to a bad experience I had with a landlord and a really mouldy house years ago..... the amazing thing is how fast he replys to whatever problems I might have and how ready he is always to make things easier for me whenever I need... like last month i needed a copy of my rent agreement and I had no idea what I'd done with it, he was ready to sent it to me,but not only that,I feel taken cared and safe, I know he is very understanding and very professional. I just think that if in 5 years I found no negative points to say, the least I can do is a good review... Theres so much I could say but I'll just wish Tristam's Lettings all the best:-)

What could have been a complicated process has been so straightforward with Lizzie and the team. Every email and query has been answered very quickly and although never meeting face to face, the whole experience has been (and still is!) very personal and friendly. I really appreciate the service that they have given me! Would definitely recommend :)

The whole experience of taking out a tenancy with tristrams was a pleasant and positive experience . The team were always helpful and friendly and the process was fast and efficient , Alex kept in touch throughout the process so I was always up to date with what stage we were at . I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to take out a private rental and if I ever move again I wouldn't hesitate to see if they could help me first before trying elsewhere . When my husband and I urgently needed a new place to live, Alex was quick to help us. We went for a viewing and could pick up the keys within one week - the best service we've had from a lettings agency so far. Everyone was friendly, understanding and professional.

Great Service, enthusiastic team, dedicated contact Having never let a property previously I was a little hesitant and unsure of the process. Enter James from Tristram's .... all very easy, James explained everything we needed to do, provided all the certificates required and then handed over to the extremely capable Lizzie Tye who completed all the viewings and managed the arrival of a happy tenant. Don't be fooled by the age of this team, they are extremely professional and very enthusiastic and as a major bonus fully managed for £35 per month. You should definitely give this team a call if you are thinking about letting or are already in the market
