I first met Dale their sales agent when i was looking to buy a property to rent and I thought he was professional and informed which is frankly more than you can say for your typical agent. I didnt end up buying through them but he told me about their letting service which to be honest sounded a bit too good to be true. Anyway when I finally found a property to let I gave it to Tristrams to manage for me. I was not to be dissatisfied! Although it is early days it is kind of hard to think why anyone would use any one else. They are without a doubt far cheaper and so you might expect sub par service but that is not the case. The whole team have been brilliant especially Lizzie and the boss James. The house went on the market within a day of asking them and they found a decent tenant almost the next day! Fast, helpful and courteous and professional - really what more could you want? Oh and their maintenance man Sam? did a good job at a fair price. Happy to recommend to one and all.
