Prospect - Warfield

We're very grateful to the team at Prospect Warfield for supporting us in purchasing our home. From the moment we first showed an interest in the area, they were proactive, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. It was so reassuring and straightforward to deal with them.

We had a fantastic experience with the whole team while buying our first home. From a brilliant viewing with June, through to Grant and Demi supporting us with follow-ups, everyone was helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They met us at the property several times and genuinely advocated for us throughout the process. We are very grateful for all their support!

I recently rented a new flat in Belsize Park, and it's never an easy or enjoyable process. But Jack from KFH made all the difference in making it as easeful and seamless as possible. From the first time we met him, he was professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful in every which way. He was very responsive to our communications, helped facilitate with the owners and company, and continued to follow up with us after we moved in. Would love to work with him again!

We were supported by June on our house search. Although we didn’t end up buying a property through her, she was honestly amazing throughout our search. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, and June was always kind, approachable and happy to help. June really listened to what we were looking for and found us some great properties to view. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her advice and support made the whole process so much less overwhelming. She’s genuine, friendly and someone we’d happily recommend!

My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home! June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted! June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to. Thank you again! Steph

Jack Ennis was a fantastic agent to work with throughout our flat search. He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Thankyou for your professional & friendly service. Your report highlighted serious faults with the house ,.. so saved us £1000s and lots of stress! Highly recommended.

Samuel Miah at KFH made the whole process of securing my flat genuinely effortless. Quick, responsive and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Just rented a flat through KFH. Jack was really helpful: Very well-informed, provided thoughtful advice, and extremely accessible and responsive, even outside normal business hours. Highly recommended!
