Prospect - Warfield

To say that the journey from our initial enquiry to final sale was not straightforward would be a vast understatement. Due to us losing our intended purchase twice, Prospect Warfield ended up selling our house 3 times over a period of about 18 months! Each time Beth Murphy was able to sell our house for more than the asking price and find us great buyers with little or no chain. From our initial enquiry through to working tirelessly to see our sale go through to Exchange (we haven't Completed yet), Paul Westmoreland has been outstanding in his commitment, understanding and good humour. Even when we pulled out of the second sale, he was reassuring and made us feel a lot less horrible about letting those buyers down. Paul has been in constant contact throughout the various sale processes and has always offered wise counsel and a valuable sounding board. The third (final?) sale process has been extremely challenging with the bottom of the chain proving us all with anxiety and frustration yet Paul has remained calm and focused throughout. He deserves endless credit for achieving Exchange in the end! I would strongly recommend Prospect at Warfield and commend Paul and Beth without hesitation.
