Second moving experience with a letting agency and this one with Prospect was very smooth. They used move in assistant tools Tili and Goodlord and Fixflo for maintenance queries all of which are great tools.

Moving house is always stressful, and our move in particular definitely had its ups and downs! We had been hoping for a quick and smooth move (like everyone does) and there were a few hurdles along the way with the chain that made us consider whether it was all worth it. We used Prospect after a bad experience with another local agent. Paul from the word go was up front and honest and delivered everything he said he would. Our house sold within 2 weeks! He even sent properties he thought may be of interest that were being sold through other agents! On the day we viewed the house we ended up buying I phoned the office to see if they thought it was worth worth price we were paying. Cameron spent a lot if time talking me through the prices other houses I'm that road sold for, the different in square footage compared to our property and even advise what would be a sensible offer!
