After starting a family we decided to put our flat on the market in order to buy somewhere with more space. Prospect were amazing throughout, and were able to generate much more interest and viewings than any other agent we had used. Unfortunately, we were unable to sell, due to the market at the time (Covid) so instead decided to let the property. It was initially with another agent who had it for some time and we therefore gave it to Prospect. Prospect generated several viewings and ultimately secured us tenants within 24 hours of having it!
