We cannot fault Prospect at all. I first made contact with Harry Pangbourn through the Bracknell lettings office. The staff member on the phone asked all the right questions in the most efficient manner, gaining the relevant information from me and made an appointment for Harry to visit. We had an idea of what we felt a tenant might pay to rent our property. Unlike two other agents, Harry was extremely enthusiastic and felt we could achieve a certain price due to its unique location. Coincidentally, we both came up with the same figure, which somewhat pleased us. The other agents suggested a much lower figure. Needless to say we trusted in Harry and gave him the opportunity to let the house for us. Harry was professional and engaging, following through with everything he promised! An absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. Once marketed, we had two offers at the asking price within the week. In fact one offer was for slightly more than we asked! The tenant took residence around 6 weeks ago and since then, our communication with Beckie Baxter, the Prospect Property Manager has been excellent. Well done to all involved at Prospect - thank you!
