Had 4 viewings with Rachel this evening and she made the experience really painless, very patient, not in your face or pushy but also there enough to guide us around. Of all the agents we have used recently Rachel and Prospect have left us feeling at most ease and comfortable continuing our purchasing journey. We are currently weighing up our options but will 100% be returning to Rachel to carry through on one of our options. Houses may sell themselves but the right person can make all the difference in the experience, thanks Rachel, a true credit to Prospect!
