We’ve been using The Depositary from the beginning, and even then, we knew this would be a game changer to the Lettings side of Harvey & Wheeler. This allows us to use our time for more creative areas such as refurbishments, upgrades, constructive tenant changeovers instead of spending time as the “middle person” The Depositary back end with automation, updates, and chasers saves time at our front end – with the new additions of AI to parts of the service, things are becoming even more streamlined!
