Kodie is an asset to the Prospect Team in Bracknell! Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Her customer service, care and understanding of the individual she's communicating with and working with is excellent. Thank you :)
