Always responded quickly to emails and was a great help at getting us in contact with mortgage advisors and solicitors when they were taking a while to respond. Also during our time purchasing a house, our landlord was selling our flat using prospect. Harry was always good about giving us plenty of notice about viewings and making sure they fit a time that worked for us.
