We have been renting our home for some time with Prospect and over the years it wasn't always clear who our point of contact was. Recently our contact, for any issues changed to Beckie (Bracknell branch), she emailed us and introduced herself letting us know this. We recently got in contact with her regarding an issue and she was very friendly, swift and professional with her approach and response.
