I used Prospect to sell my house in Priestwood in June 2025. Paul handled the sale with Ricky standing in when Paul was on leave. It was a good experience overall. The house sold quickly and I felt that my interests were represented well. Although I was only in a short chain there were inevitably some problems. Paul and Ricky were responsive to my calls and chased me when there was something I needed to do. They clearly know what they are doing. Happy to recommend!
