Moving house is always stressful, and our move in particular definitely had its ups and downs! We had been hoping for a quick and smooth move (like everyone does) and there were a few hurdles along the way with the chain that made us consider whether it was all worth it. There was one person in particular who encouraged us to stick with it, who managed to keep things positive for us, even in the most stressful days, and that was Aimee Smith. Aimee continuously went over and above for us, answering questions, keeping communication between all parties open, being available to talk through things we were unsure of, and always remaining totally professional and kind throughout. I really believe that without her, we would not have ended up moving. Aimee is an absolute asset to the Prospect team and clearly works hard to keep clients happy and supported.
