Prospect Bracknell have kept in touch and been quick to adapt during the Covid crisis. I’d particularly like to thank our Property Manager Beckie Baxter who has been providing my tenants with support and information on sources of financial help during this particularly difficult time for them. She has enabled us to come to an agreement with our tenant which will allow their rent arrears to be paid whilst keeping a roof over their heads and a tenant in my property over the coming months.
