We engaged Prospect for a fully managed house rental. We did our shopping around obtaining quotes and interviewed all the local estate agencies. Prospect were head and shoulders above their competition. Harry Pangborn from Prospect was by far the most proactive, the communication flow was constant, he sometimes even chased us to make progress. This was in stark contrast with their competition with some of them going total radio silence and no follow-ups. Although Prospect weren't the absolute cheapest they were close to the most competitive management rates and provided a realistic rent estimate which later proved spot-on target. They also provided us valuable advise how to market the property. Based on these early indicators we chose them to be our agents. This was only the start, ore pleasant surprises followed. Prospect helped us with preparations for the rental, obtaining all the necessary certificates, helping find the certified tradesmen and professionals. They guided us all the way. The biggest surprise came after pulling the trigger and starting the marketing. The very first potential tenants coming to view the property decided to take it on. The property did not even make it to Prospect's website yet and tenants were already found. Was this luck, the situation on the market for this type of property in the area, a pay-off for all the preparation, or a combination of all the factors? After completing all the checks and referencing the tenants moved into the property and everything is going well. I am writing this review a few months after the start of the tenancy, after the follow-up property inspection, having tested the communication with the assigned manager so we can be sure this positive review is well deserved.
