Carl and Sally at Newstead manage 17 newly renovated Flats for me. All the properties were let quickly and the Tenants are happy with the service from Newstead. They deal with the Councils helping Tenants negotiate their claims for Local Housing Allowance. Their expert service is excellent for both Landlord and Tenant. I will be adding 12 more Flats when their renovation is completed.

We approached Newsteads (now Belvoir) for a market appraisal along with 3 other estate agents, but chose Newsteads based on the knowledge and presentation made by Adam Gowhar. We were surprised at how quickly we sold our property and were constantly updated by Adam and the office with regards to viewings, the offers made and then through to exchange and completion. I would thoroughly recommend the company if you are selling. We were moving out of the area and so did not view any properties through them.
