They communicate well, and are always available if any issues arise. Carl, Sally and the team are second to none. I am renewing for another year this month and look forward to another 'pain free' experience with them. I recently bought and sold through Belvoir. I dealt with the Sales manager Adam, from the first call to arrange the viewing he was very efficient, and from offer through to completion he was really helpful and very on the ball. Adam was always very friendly and helpful, prompt to return any calls or emails and nothing was ever too much! But I must say all the other people in the office that I came into contact with were also more than helpful. I was so impressed by how efficient and pro-active they were, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
