We approached Newsteads (now Belvoir) for a market appraisal along with 3 other estate agents, but chose Newsteads based on the knowledge and presentation made by Adam Gowhar. We were surprised at how quickly we sold our property and were constantly updated by Adam and the office with regards to viewings, the offers made and then through to exchange and completion. I would thoroughly recommend the company if you are selling. We were moving out of the area and so did not view any properties through them.

I recently bought and sold through Belvoir. I dealt with the Sales manager Adam, from the first call to arrange the viewing he was very efficient, and from offer through to completion he was really helpful and very on the ball. Adam was always very friendly and helpful, prompt to return any calls or emails and nothing was ever too much! But I must say all the other people in the office that I came into contact with were also more than helpful. I was so impressed by how efficient and pro-active they were, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
