Carl and Sally at Newstead manage 17 newly renovated Flats for me. All the properties were let quickly and the Tenants are happy with the service from Newstead. They deal with the Councils helping Tenants negotiate their claims for Local Housing Allowance. Their expert service is excellent for both Landlord and Tenant. I will be adding 12 more Flats when their renovation is completed.
