I must say that Adam and his team at Belvoir were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were extremely professional, considerate, courteous, punctual at all times with excellent communication throughout. In my opinion, you are paying for a premium service and they are well worth every penny. They secured us a cash buyer within 2 months of going on the market and we finally exchanged today due to complete next week. From start to finish was 3 months which is near on impossible. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone who is looking to sell their property as I know we wouldn't have got the house we wanted in the timeframe needed if it wasn't for Belvoir!
