The introduction with Stephen Tew estate agents has been first-class, starting with a call to the office to discuss about moving to them from our current estate agents, where I spoke with both Chris and Emily, who buoyantly sold the business. This was followed by meeting Stephen at the property for the valuation. Stephen was very impressive and understood what we wanted and this matched their sales approach perfectly. We popped into the office and met the team, who were all fantastic and very professional. We signed up. We went through the onboarding process online, again very professional and subsequently met with Hayley at the property for the onboarding (collecting key details, taking photo's, 360 etc.). Here I want to specifically call-out Hayley, who was not only extremely professional, but very attentive and thorough. She produced the top-class Property details and published the photo's and photos, which we were extremely happy with and haven’t had to suggest a change to a single thing! The presentation and property explanation is amazing - I nearly made an offer myself, and then had to remind myself that I’m one of the sellers....! Absolutely excellent so far.
