Called in today and spoke to Gillian. Having been in 4 other local Agents on the same road, she was the only one to ask if I had a property to sell and a mortgage in place. Reassuring to know that this Agent is looking to maximise on proceedable buyers. She took my details, something none of the other agents did, and got a notification of being added to their notifications before I got home. At least one Agent is wanting to sell houses ! Fantastic from start to finish. David the Sales manager first attended my property for a valuation. David was very professional and honest with his valuation. Ince I decided to use the Stephen Tue estate agents to sell my home in just a couple of days David was back to do my pictures and 360 tour. He was extreamly helpful and explained the full process clearly, Answering any questions I had along the way. I was delighted when after several viewings David called with an offor for me to considder. although I had rejected a few he went the extra mile to ensure I got as close as possible to the price I wanted for my home. When it came to me viewing propertys to move on to David again was very helpful knowing exactly my wants and needs from a property. David would send me emails with propertys that suited or was close to suiting my needs even booking me in to view several propertys on the same day at a time that suited me. David advised where needed with sellers expectations and ultimatly helped me secure a deal with a vender which is going through at the moment. I can not thank David and his colleagues enough for the support and advice in my sales and buying process and would highly recommend Stephen Tue estate agents to those buying and selling property.

As a buyer - it has been and absolute pleasure to deal with Stephen Tew staff. They make buying and selling easy - which is very rare indeed ! Natalie is so polite and speedy on booking viewings and getting paperwork and other issues sorted extremely quickly and efficiently. Unlike many other agents, the staff don't suffer with people or property fatigue, they ensure they book, turn up at every viewing, each and every time with energy and enthusiasm. Their attitude towards the customer and property is beneficial to both seller and buyer. I've had viewings with both David and Chris and they genuinely looked pleased to see me on each occasion even though I had been to see a number of properties with them. They don't sulk or look fed up if you decide what you viewed is not for you as I have experienced with other agents. David the Sales and Marketing Manager demonstrated great resilience and knowledge and made it his mission to understand what I wanted and helpfully offered up similar properties he knew were on the books. Chris took me to round a property which is in need of updating , he ensured he had in-depth knowledge of the property prior to the viewing. He was very positive in his outlook, listened to my expectations and came up with some excellent ideas on how to modernise it and didn't rush me round it. He was such a good listener as well. In fact so much so - I decided to buy it.! Today, David (as mentioned above) conducted and completed the negotiations so skilfully - considering parties were a long way apart on price at the outset. He ensured the transaction agreement was done and dusted within 2 hours (including lunchtime) without a ridiculous toing and froing scenario, resulting in both seller and buyer delighted with the outcome. In conclusion, all the staff are exceptionally professional, pleasant and polite - you just can't fault them. They are a credit to themselves and the business.. . Stephen Tew has also had the foresight to invest in some amazing technology which apart from the usual website tracks viewings and offers made too -but don't worry because if all you had was a pen and paper be in no doubt - they would help you !
