Called in today and spoke to Gillian. Having been in 4 other local Agents on the same road, she was the only one to ask if I had a property to sell and a mortgage in place. Reassuring to know that this Agent is looking to maximise on proceedable buyers. She took my details, something none of the other agents did, and got a notification of being added to their notifications before I got home. At least one Agent is wanting to sell houses !
