great estate agents, found them to be very helpful in finding me a property to buy and recommending a solicitor for me. David was also really good in negotiating with me and the vendor to find the best deal that we were both happy with.

Good communication Friendly staff

Not a good experience, i feel they have to many properties to fully care for all their customers. Our property didn't sell which isn't necessarily Tews fault, but we were never contacted by them, no updates, the agents didn't know or ask about anything about our property, Took days for them to make contact after leaving messages. probably better hosting your own property on rightmove or on the market and save yourself some money.

Seriously! How can these people be trusted when they don't even know the difference between detached and terraced!!

Poor service, incompetence and sheer bad manners.

My experience of this estate agent is that they certainly don't put customer service very high on their agenda.Despite asking them to notify us immediately a property became unavailable (because we are not local and are travelling long distance to view), they neglected to do so. It was only by a sheer fluke that I rang them to check something, and found that a property we were due to view was sold. This was such short notice it left us no time to book in another viewing with anyone.They need to realise that buyers fund their business and shouldn't be treated as disposable commodities.
