Selling your home can be very stressful but they (Stephen Tew) made it a pleasant, easy experience. There's no denying they are more expensive than most other Estate Agents in the area (or online) BUT, unlike the others, they have an extensive cohort of potential buyers & sellers from all over the UK on their books. Utilising this together with only advertising on well-researched property sites they provided numerous serious potential buyers to view. I'm not very good with 'Apps' (they partner with the Street app) but I found it useful for keeping up with the many viewings they were doing on my behalf and it gives the position each potential buyer is in. Lots of viewings produced three offers and the house was Sold (STC) within 6 weeks of it being listed! I was quoted a fixed price and there were no hidden extras.
