Extremely helpful, quick turnaround with getting in touch - from viewing to being in the property (rental) took less than two weeks. We love our new home - Lauren and Gillian were so helpful and lovely. We can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend.

I completely disagree with the idea that buying a house has to be stressful — that certainly wasn’t my experience with Stephen Tew. The support from Simon, Natalie, and Nikki made the entire process smooth and straightforward. The team truly go above and beyond, whether it’s calls in the evening to share the good news that an offer has been accepted or consistent email updates to keep everything on track. It’s been a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Stephen, for building such an outstanding company.

I had a fantastic experience with Stephen Tews. Gillian, who showed me around the property, was able incredibly helpful and friendly, making the viewing feel relaxed and informative. Lauren has also helped me greatly by assisting with my application and responding quickly to any questions I had throughout the process. I was especially impressed that I viewed the property on Thursday and was accepted for it the very next day! The whole experience so far has been smooth, efficient and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We used Stephen Tew to sell our property. From the initial meeting with Stephen Tew at the property I was impressed with his local knowledge of property stock . The property was sold within 12 weeks with no issues at all. Weekly updates were given about progress which was great. Natalie handled the sale and was very professional and courteous at all times. I would say this is the best Estate Agent across the Fylde coast area.
