I would advise anyone who is looking to sell their property in Blackpool or surrounding areas to use Steph Tew Estate Agent. Me and my husband hired other local estate agents before Stephen Tew and none of them come close, in terms of service, organisation and communication. Main difference is Stephem Tew use the App which give up to date information regarding viewing bookings and offers etc which you do nkt have to chase. We had our firsf offer in less than 4 weeks albiet it was under the asking price which we rejected. Then a few weeks later we had 2 offers over asking price and we accepted one of them. I will advise everyone not to waste your time while selling your property, just use Stephen Tew and you will have peace mind experience. We are going to use Stephen Tew for our future projects.
