The Cleveleys branch has a warm welcome when you go into the branch. Katie understood what I wanted and was able to provide the property which suited my needs. Katie has been great in chasing the sale of the property, saving me as the customer time. Despite the stress and frustration of buying a home, compared to other experiences with estate agents, Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys branch have been productive, responsive and exceeded expectations. Such an amazing introduction. I was astounded by how fast everything was put in place. Vicki was very informative and enthusiastic, she is ultra efficient , just what is required to be a good Estate Agent, I am all set to go with in 4 hours.

We have found Farrell Heyworth in Cleveleys to be the perfect choice for us to sell my late father's property. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have treated us with the utmost kindness and compassion. Tilly who has been our main contact is certainly an asset to Farrell Heyworth. She has always been there to answer any queries be that face to face or over the phone and has helped us to navigate through the selling process including helping us finding a solicitor and chasing them when necessary.

We used Farrell Heyworth to sell a property in cleveleys and they were so helpful and informative from the beginning. Tilly has been amazing so far in keeping us up to date with everything from booking viewings, offers and solicitors from both sides. She’s given us the best advice especially when it’s the first time we’ve sold a property. They’ve always been honest and realistic.

Recently bought a house which was for sale through Farrell heyworth in cleveleys. Cannot fault the service from arranging the first viewing through to collecting the keys. Katie was extremely professional and gave good advice along the way. Would definitely recommend using this estate agent in the future.

We are very impressed with the service we have received by the staff at the Thornton cleveleys branch. There has been lots and good communication, helpful with keeping us in touch with the information from the seller. Our point of contact Taleah Taylor has been fantastic and very helpful at all times.
