Honestly can't recommed F&H highly enough. Wasted months with another local agent and within 2 weeks of being with F&H I had an offer on the property from a genuine buyer. Vicki came to value the property and her market knowledge and experience is second to none. The original selling fee may seem pricey at first compared to other agents, but they are worth every penny.

Had a really lovely and positive experience with Katie. With buying our first house we didn’t know what to expect and Katie made it so much easier and relaxed! Katie was super quick and replying to emails and answered any questions we asked. We are super grateful for Katie and her hard work, she is an amazing member of the Farrell Hayworth team.

Farrell Hayworth are a fantastic estate agency, right from the start they were great. The team are all very helpful, but our Agent, Taleah(Tilly) Taylor was exactly what you need and expect from an estate agent. Very friendly, professional and competent, and she was always contactable when you needed something. She sold my partners property the first week it went up with them after a previous agency failed multiple times to get the sale for us. I would highly recommend Farrell Hayworth to anyone who is selling a property or even looking for their next home, they arent the type to take on a million properties at once so they will be able to help you with any issues or questions you'll no doubt have, they will always make time to guide you through the process of buying or selling.

I dealt with Tilly @ Cleveleys office. She is a thorough professional sales person who knows what she does and always set realistic expectations for either a buyer or a seller. I m in the process of buying property through them and until today I have not experienced any single obstacle throughout the process. I recommend “Tilly’s” services in particular who is striving to maintain a very high standard of customer services for “Farrell Heyworth”. 👍

Recently found an amazing property through Farrell Heyworth. Taleah showed us the property and has been our main contact throughout. She really has gone above and beyond to support us and help with initial communications between ourselves and the vendor. She has worked hard to answer questions and help everything run smoothly. Thank you Taleah and FH for all your help during what might have been a traumatic time. You made it very straightforward.

Its been great dealing with Farrell Heyworth in Cleveleys. From initial search right though to purchasing they have been a pleasure to deal with. Purchasing property is stressful at the moment so its a breath of fresh air to work with a company who are quick to respond, on the ball, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. Taleah has been a superstar and has kept in touch through out... gently reminding me and nudging me to ensure the sale goes through on schedule. Couldn't have done it without her. Great service!
