Taleah came do to a valuation on our house, she was professional and personable, came well prepared, had done lots of research and was very knowledgeable about the local market. She explained all of the options really clearly and showed me comparative properties. She wasn’t in a rush and took a thorough look at the property. I did get a comparative valuation done by another agent and my experience with them the absolute opposite! I would definitely recommend Farrell Heyworth and especially Taleah

I recently put 2 properties up for sale and both properties were sold (subject to contract) within a week and Lauren who is handling the sales as gone "above and beyond" keeping me upto date with viewings and offers ,and at all times she as been polite and curtious. I can not recommend Lauren and farrellheyworth highly enough manythanks

We had a quick sale after 24 hours. Katie who dealt with me on the phone was very professional, helpful and very prompt in calling when any information was available. Which when buying a house the quicker you get information the better! Thankyou!
