I’d dealt with a few agents in Cleveleys previously and had no high or low thoughts either way. But when I contacted FH they actually showed an interest in me and my needs. Sarah, who conducted my initial viewings, took the time to work out what I really wanted and recommended that I view the property that I’ve now bought! Everyone is very helpful, efficient and friendly and when I ask questions Sarah and Katie get answers straight away. I’ve always been able to contact the person I want to speak to and nothing seems to be too much trouble. So, my experience with FH has been excellent and based on this I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for an agent in the Thornton-Cleveleys, Fleetwood and Blackpool areas.

Farrell Heyworth were the second estate agent we used to sell our house. We experienced excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. They worked for US and never forgot that! Slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. The others would do better selling hamburgers.

I would definitely recommend the Farrell and Heyworth team in the Thornton Cleveleys office. They helped me find what I thought was my perfect home, sadly my purchasers sale fell through and I subsequently lost the property they helped me find. All was not lost though, and as soon as I was ready to search again, they found me an even better property. They negotiated my offers on both properties to enable me to get it in my price bracket. In particular I would like to thank Katie in the office team for arranging last minute viewings and negotiating so well on my behalf. Nothing was too much trouble for her even when I was phoning 2 or 3 times a day she remained her lovely calm, polite self and reassured me when I needed it most. Everything from start to finish was handled so well by Katie and the team. Thank you so much for everything- I just need the keys now 😆 xx

Thanks to all at Cleveleys branch with a special mention for Katie who kept the seller informed with our permission in order to retain the property we wanted when our initial buyers pulled out. We eventually sold our property and bought the new one through the same branch, exchanging and completing on both sides on the same day, not an easy task to do. We appreciate all the hard work put in and thanks again from both of us.

I would highly recommend Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys. Vicki initially did the valuation, she was very knowledgeable of the area and the presentation was great, full of all the information we needed to make an informed decision such as houses for sale in the area, what they are selling for, how long they have been on the market. The different advertising packages, what you got with each and how it made a difference. The valuation was honest and realistic. The selling fee was competitively priced and there was no fixed term. Once we agreed on Farrell Heyworth selling our house Katie and Tilly took over managing the viewings, they were quick to get the house on right move, for sale sign went up within days and the professional photos were excellent. When viewings were booked and we got plenty of notice of them. They were constantly looking for potential buyers and would keep us updated on how each viewing went. We had viewings most weeks. The MyFH page was a really good as it had everything on it. The valuation presentation, viewings planned and feedback from them afterwards. They got us a buyer for our house within a short space of time. Once we had an offer in place Katie and Tilly kept checking in to make sure the final stages were running smoothly. Overall a fantastic service, would definitely recommend them.
