Fantastic service this afternoon from Taleah Taylor. We called into the Cleveleys estate agent to chat about the sort of property that we were looking for. Katie Garnett was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Very supportive, always on hand to answer questions and give reassurance. Always went above and beyond, as we had some delays completing, in making sure everyone was kept updated and the sale went through. Thanks for all your support Katie really appreciated.

Vicki was fantastic from start to finish. She called within 5 minutes of me contacting FH and was so friendly and approachable - she seemed to go that extra mile prior to even meeting her. I knew absolutely nothing about valuations or the market, but when she did come to the house, Vicki was so knowledgeable that I felt instantly assured. My husband and I were really impressed with Vicki and said that if/when the time came to sell we would want it to be with her - I honestly learned so much from her in that short space of time that I'd recommend her to anyone going through this process.
