Fantastic service received from Nick Gregson in relation to a new mortgage. Everything was done in a timely manner with no delays, we were kept informed at every stage and the whole matter was dealt with extremely efficiently. I would highly recommend Nick as a mortgage advisor.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Ask for Sarah Mayson. She introduced prospective tenants to our rental property, marketed it so well, advised accordingly and completed associated arrangements with our new tenants within days of their first viewing. Well done Sarah (yet again!) for being so personable, and importantly, professional throughout. Our rental process could not have been more pleasant and straightforward. Really appreciated.....a big thank you.

Had Nick (mortgage adviser) throughout the process of buying a house. He was excellent throughout and helped from start to finish. Had plenty of experience and kept me updated at all times. Would definitely recommend anyone who is buying a house to use ferrel Heyworth!

My wife and i cant thank Nick enough for his help and support with our house purchase. He helped it to be as smooth as possible and made the process easy to understand. Being able to speak to him face to face on zoom really helped to understand costings and fees and find the best options financially. He was extremely thorough and clear in helping us assess our options. We certainly won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I contacted Farrell Heyworth as my tenant had given notice and I wasn't happy with my current letting agents. I spoke with Sarah Mayson and she went way above and beyond what I anticipated in helping me not only find new tenants but to also help me with arranging works that my current agents were failing with. Would highly recommend.

We've recently used them to sell a property in Cleveleys, and i have to say we received an excellent service from start to finish. The staff have always been super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. Well done to all the staff involved especially Sarah & Katie, we would definitely use them again and we would highly recommend.

I used Farrell Heyworth to sell a property. The initial valuation was clear and in line with other properties in the area. Throughout the sale I was kept fully informed. We had numerous Viewings all undertaken by Farrell Heyworth representatives. The sale went through without any issues I was extremely pleased with the service received and would definitely recommend them.
