After deciding to relocate from London, to the Fylde Coast, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find a rental property. As a result of the COVID19 situation, many of the rental agents required you to make appointments, which I was not aware of prior to driving 270 miles to Blackpool for a few days in order to register with some of the key agents When I turned up at the Farrell Heyworth office in Cleveleys though, the staff were really helpful. We were seen by a lady called Sarah Mayson, who couldn't do enough to help us. Sarah listened to what we were looking for and immediately had a property in mind. Later that day she contacted us to advise of another property that had just come on her listings. We drove over to look at it from the outside and it looked perfect. We advised Sarah that we were keen on the property but only had a few days to sort everything out. That didn't seem to be a problem for Sarah though and she kept in touch every day when we returned to London. We have now seen inside the house after another visit to Blackpool and are currently in the process of being approved. With a bit of luck we will be moving to the Fylde Coast in a few weeks. I have always been happy with the tenants they have secured for me and Sarah goes the extra mile with communication and paperwork. The service we received was excellent, Nick is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nothing seems to phase him. He helped us through the process and was able to switch products at really short notice when our circumstances changed unexpectedly.
