I highly recommend this agency. I was looking to buy in Thornton Cleverly and traveling 400mile each way to view. Farrell and Hepworth were so good at arranging multiple viewings on same day and friendly and professional(especially Tilly). In contrast square room have a policy of no more then 3 viewings even over few days making it hard for out of town buyers to find the right place. I thought I found a property via square room offered asking price and they came back asking for more offers as apparently another person had offered but wouldn't say how much. I initially counted offered higher but it didn't feel right so withdrew as decided to relocate search due to need for more leisure facilities). The house is back on the market (so much for the other buyer). For sellers and buyers we have a good instinct for good service(Farrell and Hepworth) and poor service(square room ). Square rooms agent was so poor I lost trust in the valuation and decided not to go ahead. Thornton Cleverly is a lovely place but not for me but if it was I would prefer to sell or buy from Farrell Hayworth as they have better staff, answer phone quicker and focused on good viewing etiquette. Katie was amazing, so professional and helpful, we really felt like we had our own personal advisor, could not recommend enough would definitely use Farrell Heyworth again and especially thanks to Katie.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Katie Garnett and what can I say she was wonderful to talk to, always polite and well spoken and nothing was too much, she was very helpful with sending properties that may be of interest. Taleah, at the Cleveleys branch, was absolutely fantastic and arranged a viewing for us. Also, a big thank you to Sarah for showing us around the property. She was fantastic. A wonderful team!

Farrell Hayworth have been fantastic throughout the whole tenancy process. Scarlett who showed us around the property was lovely and very helpful. Kaitlyn and Damien who work on the applications have been great throughout it all. Every staff member I have spoken too have been very helpful. I would highly recommend using them.

I’d dealt with a few agents in Cleveleys previously and had no high or low thoughts either way. But when I contacted FH they actually showed an interest in me and my needs. Sarah, who conducted my initial viewings, took the time to work out what I really wanted and recommended that I view the property that I’ve now bought! Everyone is very helpful, efficient and friendly and when I ask questions Sarah and Katie get answers straight away. I’ve always been able to contact the person I want to speak to and nothing seems to be too much trouble. So, my experience with FH has been excellent and based on this I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for an agent in the Thornton-Cleveleys, Fleetwood and Blackpool areas.
