We have used Nick for mortgage advice for the purchase of our new home. Right from the very first phone call Nick has been nothing but professional, responsive and patient! He gave us great advice, found the perfect mortgage to suit our needs and to avoid paying a penalty on our current mortgage. He has been at the end of the phone day/night and weekends and answered every question we have had. He could not have made this process easier for us given that we made the stressful choice to move during a global pandemic! We would definitely use Nick again and highly recommend him.

Sarah Mason is a credit to Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys. She has helped us with letting our flats over the last couple of years. Her knowledge of the industry and local area is excellent. She instils a confidence in us, as relative new landlords, that we are doing things correctly and is very supportive throughout the process. We will continue with Sarah when our next project is ready for letting.

My son entered into a rental contract through Farrell Hayworth in Cleveleys. It wasn’t the most straight forward process for several reasons, but Sophie Parker was really helpful throughout and kept us well informed of the progress. She was approachable and polite and didn’t mind me contacting her quite frequently ! Thank you Sophie .

All the Staff were very friendly helpful and put me at ease with all buying process of a house. I was kept informed every step of the ways so I knew what was going on at all times. I would highly recommend this very professional outfit to the whole process of either buying or selling your property

I would share my experience with regards to finding a rental property with Farrell Heyworth. Everything was completed in a timely manner from viewing to signing. Sarah Mayson was extremely helpful in the whole process and kept us informed with the progress of the application . Her communication and guidance with applications and advice was exceptional. Now we are in the property the support continues as and when required as the whole team have been really helpful.
