We have just purchased a property through Farrell and Heyworth. There were a couple of issues with the survey and I began dealing with Sarah Days (Branch Manager at Cleveleys) Wow! What an asset she is to the company. She was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. All issues were addressed and she kept us well informed throughout. We were so impressed with her we have opted to use Farrell and Heyworth to rent out our new property. Definitely a very lucky company to have such a diamond on board. I went with Farrell Heyworth Mortgage Advisor Nicholas Gregson to help me with my first house purchase and it went really well. He guided me all throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable, giving us lots of options making sure that we are comfortable in making the most important decisions needed. Amazing service from an amazingly professional Stephen Downing at Farrel Hayworth estate agency. We decided to get our family home of 21 years valued, after trying another estate agent we found Steve at Farrel Hayworth who put our house up for sale (much to our disbelief) at a wacking £35,000 more than the other one. Within 5 days we had 2 offers! One being the full asking price!! We are over the moon and would 100 percent recommend these guys to anyone.

As first time buyers we needed a lot of support and guidance through this process, Nick gave us this in abundance- always on the end of the phone to answer queries day and night - super responsive and professional throughout and completely honest with his advice which we both valued incredibly. The service from Sarah Mayson was first class. She is very proactive and nothing is too much trouble. If felt like it was her own property she was managing. Great experience from marketing through to contract completion. Would highly recommend.
