The sale took longer than anticipated that finally a deal was made and completed. Throughout the process younger Katie was on top of all things, all the ups and downs et cetera but kept me fully informed of the good news and bad news and a very good communicator and a credit to any team she works for.

Thanks to all at Cleveleys branch with a special mention for Katie who kept the seller informed with our permission in order to retain the property we wanted when our initial buyers pulled out. We eventually sold our property and bought the new one through the same branch, exchanging and completing on both sides on the same day, not an easy task to do. We appreciate all the hard work put in and thanks again from both of us.
