New to the area from Malvern Worcestershire, and was looking for a property to buy for myself and my two kids. I visited a few agents within the area however I didn't seem to get much joy from any of them and I felt like I was just another applicant to their system. She informed me of the in house mortgage advisor and other services they had to offer, I politely declined as I am a cash buyer however I felt like she was listening and understood my needs and took a real interest in my requirements and what I was after. The service was efficient and non stressful. Since these viewings they have kept regular contact with me and sent me brochures to look through of potential properties to the market and any activity on other houses I may be interested in. Other agents should take note of there pro active approach and efficiency. I am still looking for my dream property however I'm confident I will find that with Farrell heyworth 🏘
