Taleah came do to a valuation on our house, she was professional and personable, came well prepared, had done lots of research and was very knowledgeable about the local market. She explained all of the options really clearly and showed me comparative properties. She wasn’t in a rush and took a thorough look at the property. I did get a comparative valuation done by another agent and my experience with them the absolute opposite! I would definitely recommend Farrell Heyworth and especially Taleah

Couldn’t recommend this estate agents enough! Being a first time buyer was incredibly daunting but Katie Garnett has been brilliant throughout. If I have any issues or questions then she always responds so quickly and professionally! Sarah was lovely too when showing us round.

Alison Whiteside was the agent assigned to my case. My wife and I can’t speak highly enough of her. She was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. When my solicitor and the vendors solicitor were holding up the process, she chased them relentlessly and always fed back immediately, and I’m sure things would have taken much longer had she not. I am very grateful to her and she is a credit to her firm.

We have recently sold our home and moved in to our new house. It has certainly been a long process and that’s no fault of Farrell Hayworth. Katie supported us in the beginning and was excellent. Later on in the process Alison Whiteside kept us informed and updated. We cannot thank her enough, she is incredible at what she does! We are so thankful to everyone at the Farrell Hayworth and their professionalism and support through the process. Personally, I couldn’t recommend anyone/anywhere else more.
