I’m currently a homeowner of 25 years living in Manchester and for the past 2 years have been commuting to London for work. For various reasons I’ve decided to relocate and naturally engaged with many estate agents for the areas that I was looking at. Most EA’s have been helpful, however despite me giving specific location and other requirements etc I have been offered apartments all within the M25 which was very frustrating! I spotted one apartment I liked and reached out to JLL in Greenwich and was contacted by Ellis Moloney, and I am pleased to say I’m now moving in this week, and that’s largely due to the professionalism shown by Ellis. From our initial contact right to this point, Eilis has “held my hand" right the way through the process in a highly professional manner, and the service I have received has been far better than any of the other EA’s I’ve dealt with. She is such a credit to JLL, and I would definitely recommend working with her and the JLL team!! I have never rented before, having always been a homeowner, so for her to explain everything in the most granular of detail and in lay terms has been particularly helpful, and aside from loving the apartment I’ve chosen, if the service would have been poor, the likelihood is I wouldn’t have progressed to this point. Eilis from JLL is clearly very dedicated, knowledgeable and has a super personality which makes people feel at ease, in what can be a very stressful time of their life. In summary Eilis is a superstar and a credit to both JLL and her profession. I would 100% recommend working with her if you get the chance.
