I had a good experience with JLL as a tenant for my last tenancy agreement. The agreement ended because the landlord sold the property. JLL assigned Keely, a great property manager , for the property. She always provided prompt responses to address the difficulties I met (i.e. water leakage, heating issue). Also, she is a very nice person. I'm happy to deal with her for any queries or issues on the property.

We had a really positive experience buying our property thanks to Michael Chu from JLL. Michael was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns and worked tirelessly chasing up an unresponsive developer. We used JLL to sell our house and buy a new one. The valuation was sensible, we received a good range of offers and the service throughout the process was very responsive, with group WhatsApp to let us know about viewings (which were always attended by an agent), friendly communication about any problems and a lot of persistence. They held together a very long chain and achieved a great result. Thank you Michael, Sam, Jonathan and Cheryl!

We recently bought a house in Blackheayth through JLL in Greenwich but had to achieve the purchase quickly. We're very happy with the service provided by Michael Chu, the senior sales consultant, who was always prompt for visits, knowledgable of the property and very polite and helpful. We managed to find, view and complete on the purchase in six weeks. I can happily recommend Michael and his team at JLL.

We had the good fortune to work with Sam Palmer of JLL on the sale of our apartment in Greenwich. Sam took the time to first alert us to the possibility of a sale - when we were not even in the market - and brokered the deal with the Buyers. We found Sam to be cordial and supremely effective, particularly as we are living outside the UK. Sam went the extra mile when closing to manage furniture removal and kept in touch with our solicitors along the way. Sam was 5 star in all aspects and we would recommend Sam to any other potential sellers/buyers. Thank you Sam!!
