We recently purchased a new house in Greenwich, and our experience with JLL – and with Sam in particular – was outstanding. We were continually kept updated about the progress of the purchase, and felt supported when needing help with surveys and negotiations. From the outset, everyone in the Greenwich office was professional, responsive and genuinely friendly. Selling a property can be stressful at the best of times, and our sale turned out to be far from straightforward, but the team were supportive and communicative throughout.
A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled. He consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving and was always available when we needed an update or some reassurance.
