Ainsworth Lord Estates why was a 90 year old man accepted as a guarantor? Totally against the law. Shoddy ways! Both you as a company and the landlord should be utterly ashamed. Would you do this to your own elderly relatives?! I think not. I will never come to your estate agent for anything as I'm sure many others won't now. That poor elderly man at breaking point and you are basically trying to act like the martyr, really?
Having had a family member rent from them I found them to be the worst possible. House was damp and had rats ... just got told to ring the council ... no support ! When asked to leave the tenancy early due to the disgusting state of the house they threatened and refused to help. This place pray on the weak and place people in Disgusting living conditions as they have no where else to turn . They have no moral compass and just in it to make money and exploit the venerable!!
Absolutely disgusting. Parasites preying on a vulnerable 89 year old man. Do not rent from these
selfish and greedy slumlords who allowed a man to be a guarantor despise him being 90. disgusting behaviour
you ought to be bloody ashamed of yourselves. pay the debt yourselves seeing as a 90 year old cannot stand as a guarantor anyway. lining your own pockets by fleecing pensioners and even having the cheek to ask the public to help ! absolutely disgusting.
Absolute scum bag who take advantage of vulnerable people. Slum landlord that doesn't carry out any property repairs. I hope someone takes you to court, disgraceful.
awful company, no compassion, no care. Justice for Alan.
very bad public rating at this moment in time, due to them forcing a man of 80 years to pays his awful son's arrears. The poor man is distraught.
most disgusting company around! why put all that stress on an old man?! you should just wipe his debt instead of setting up a go fund me and donating to it yourselves. you should all be ashamed! and your houses are something else, they are not even fit for farm animals to live in!
instead of raising money to pay of a debt that someone in their 90s legally does not have to pay, why don't you go and fix the houses that you rent out to families with young children that are full of damp and leak In. but then again thats money coming out of your pocket so you will not want to do that will you.
