Anthony at ainsworth lord estates was brilliant!! He showed us round the property brilliantly, he has a no nonsense approach which as a first time buyer I liked! He was honest, straight talking and so helpful at each stage! He even allowed us to come back same day for second veiwing and helped with the offers. I have lived in one of there properties for the last 3 years and I have Never had any problems. If I need any maintenance repairs doing they sort it out asap.

Poor service

Enquired about a rental property and stated at the outset I needed to check with the landlord if they would accept our pets before proceeding any further. Agent told me they will get back to me. They did not. Booked a viewing the next day and asked the person with whom this was done to double check. Never got back to me. On the day of the viewing, phoned up to check, was told our animals would be fine with the landlord. Made a journey of more than 2 hours in total to view the property in the evening. Phoned the agent the very first thing in the morning only to be told they have to check with the landlord if the pets will be accepted. Called to chase a couple of hours later to be told by the same agent an application was put through by someone else the day before, meaning the property is off the market. Shambles. Incompetent amateurs getting away with anything because they operate in saturated market.

Wouldn't bother if you're renting! Never fix anything, never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Shoddy work force. Once you're in there's no help! Verity the manager is the worst, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Would avoid as you end up in a rust bucket house and nothing gets sorted! Shocking
