Quite simply at the top of their game!
I have recently sold a property through Enfields in Bitterne. Kevin manages a superb team who have all, since the off, dealt with everything showing extreme professionalism. Kevin, without fail, kept me regularly updated throughout the entire process and was always speedy and efficient in his work ethic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as Agents.

Best agents!
After using another agent who were cheaper but we're a complete waste of time I decided to get a few other agents round, one of them was enfields. Daryl the negotiator was great he was in no rush even though it was 6pm we spent an hour talking through everything he was completly honest and made me trust him from the beginning so I decided to sign up with them. Within a few days I already had quite a few viewings booked in (something the other agents before hand had failed with) with in a week I had an offer! Kevin took over with this and was so communicative always with updating me with every step of the sale, it's so important to have a hard working agent when selling a property, he was constantly back and forth with myself, the buyer and each solicitor when we had a few complications! We are now ready to complete tomorrow and without the help of Kevin not sure this would have happened, so thanks for being great with both myself and the buyer, and also thanks to Adam and Sam who I also dealt with when Kevin was not there. TOP ESTATE AGENTS, WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! :)

Flat sold
Very professional service. I saw 6 estate agents before deciding to go with Enfields. They had good reviews and didn’t have a long tie in time. The estimates from the estate agents varied greatly and it was difficult to know who was valuing it accurately. I was disappointed that it did sell for less than they advertised it for. The price was still more than 3 other estate agents suggested it would go for and considerably more than 1 estate agent estimated. The other estate agent had a long tie in time so overallI I think I made the right decision. Every other element I couldn’t fault. Kevin was proactive and always quickly answered any queries. After I had accepted the offer the sale went through quickly so I am happy with the service provided.

So Rude and Ignorant
Enquired about a lettings property that was no longer available and I asked for them to send me any other things they have available and they said they would email me ... They went to hang up and HADNT TAKEN MY DETAILS let alone my email. Would never let a property through them.
