Kevin and his team demonstrated to myself, my family (who are somewhat sceptical of estate agents) and in turn, my property's new homeowner, precisely why they are considered market leaders in the very competitive Bitterne property market. From initial contact through to post-sale after-service, the team were always available, whether in office, via email or at the end of a phone - particularly Kevin, who as owner of the business showed considerable experience and a calm, collected manner when dealing with what many describe as "one of the most stressful things you can do" - namely moving home by buying and selling a property. Having achieved the sale price initially indicated and agreed upon when first valuing the property, as well as attaining it within the target timeframe that I needed, I can honestly say that the Enfields Bitterne team are the only team of professionals I could recommend, when selling or buying a home within east Southampton. Having dealt with property for most of my adult life in some form or another, it was a welcome change in this instance to be able to rely upon the advice of others for a change.
